Custom Illustrations For Your Ideas

I turn concepts, objects, and stories into thoughtful artwork made specifically for you.

Bring an idea to life through artwork shaped around your story, subject, and intended use.
A More Personal Way to Tell Your Story
I begin by understanding what you want the illustration to communicate and what makes the subject special to you. Your references, notes, and visual preferences help establish a clear creative direction. From there, I develop an image that balances your original idea with my own artistic interpretation.
The process is collaborative without becoming complicated. You receive space to share feedback as the work develops, while I focus on composition, detail, and atmosphere. The finished illustration is made to feel personal, distinctive, and connected to the meaning behind your brief.

## About

I am Keith Ritchie, an artist drawn to the character, humor, and unexpected beauty found in ordinary moments. Through drawings, paintings, portraits, and daily doodles, I turn observations into expressive visual stories. My work moves between playful subjects, live experiences, familiar places, and spontaneous ideas, giving each piece its own point of view. I create art for people who enjoy seeing the everyday with fresh eyes and a little more curiosity.

## FAQ

### What can an artist help me create?

An artist can help bring ideas, observations, and emotions into a visual form through original artwork. The process may support personal expression, meaningful gifts, home decor, or creative projects.

### How do I choose the right artwork for my space?

Consider the mood, colors, scale, and subject matter that feel natural in the setting. An artist can help you think through how a piece may complement the room while still adding character and personal meaning.

### Can I share an idea or subject for an artwork?

Yes, sharing a theme, subject, or feeling can provide a useful starting point for a creative conversation. The artist can interpret that direction through their own visual approach while helping shape a thoughtful result.

### What should I expect when working with an artist?

The process usually begins with a conversation about your ideas, preferences, and the purpose of the artwork. Clear communication helps both sides understand the creative direction and make informed decisions along the way.

### Why work with an artist instead of choosing mass-produced art?

Original artwork can bring a distinctive perspective and a stronger personal connection to a space or occasion. Working with an artist also gives you the opportunity to engage with a creative process shaped around meaning, expression, and individuality.
